Bring all of your Fall and Holiday Merchandise! We want local handmade goods, eatery, and anything else you have!

• Time: 11am-3pm (Vendor arrival 9:45am)

• Benefit: All proceeds from entry goes to Buckeye High School Dance Fund

• Cost: If table is needed: $25 (additional tables $5 per table)

• If you bring your own: $15

Because of issues at last year’s event, please be aware that some companies have policies limiting the number of vendors or representatives from the same company who may participate in an event. If you are affiliated with a company that has restrictions regarding multiple vendors from the same company attending an event, we strongly recommend that you do not register unless you have confirmed that your participation is permitted under your company’s policies. Buckeye cannot monitor or determine which company each vendor or salesperson represents and therefore cannot prevent multiple representatives from the same company from registering. Buckeye is not responsible or liable for any conflicts, restrictions, denied participation, or other issues that may arise between vendors and their affiliated companies regarding participation in this event. Vendors are responsible for ensuring that their participation complies with their company’s policies before registering and traveling to the event.

*All-Season passes are accepted for regular season high school and junior high home games.

*All-Season passes will not be accepted for admission to all-conference Invitationals or OHSAA postseason tournaments.

Saturday, August 1st – Monday, May 31st

Individual sport passes are only good for home regular season contests. Passes are not transferable or refundable. Passes will not be sold at the gate/ticket booth.

Thursday, October 8th – Friday, October 23rd

Please help us raise money for our Intermediate School Incentives Program by purchasing delicious pepperoni breads that are Fresh Not Frozen! There are 3 delicious pepperoni varieties: Pepperoni and Cheese, Pepperoni and Spicy Jack Cheese and Garlic and Cheese (no pepperoni). The rolls are sold in packs of 6 for $14.00 and our school will make $6.50 for each pack sold!

The rolls are fresh, not frozen and are packed in tamper proof resealable bags that can be placed directly in the refrigerator or freezer.

Online sales end Friday, October 23 at 4 p.m.  Rolls can be picked up on Thursday, 
November 5, 2026 from 4:30 p.m.-7 p.m. at the Intermediate Building.
